Great condition, is an older saddle but still in overall great shape, has some minor wear throughout. Nice cushy seat, beautiful tooled leather. Tree is solid. Very nice heavy solid saddle. Sheepskin is in good condition, but does have 1 spot where a screw is coming through, not very pokey but something to note, see pics
