Local pick up is available at the store front in Yellowhead County. 

Shipping Policy

We do our best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible using Canada Post, UPS, USPS, and CanPar. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check out (except for saddles). Please send us an email at: thetacktrove@gmail.com for shipping quotes on saddles. Shipping quotes are payable via e-transfer to thetacktrove@gmail.com. Failure to provide payment for confirmed orders with shipping within thirty (30) days of receiving your shipping quote will result in us mailing you your order using Canada Post Collect on Delivery for the shipping cost + collect on delivery fees ($7.50) + applicable taxes.

The Tack Trove is not responsible for any import charges or duties incurred by the customer for shipments travelling to the USA or Internationally. Please contact your local border services for information regarding duties and taxes.

All packages are sent with Canada Post, UPS, CanPar, or USPS via their cheapest available service with tracking and maximum insurance coverage of $100 per parcel. Tracking number(s) will be sent to you once your item(s) are packaged. If you need your package faster, please contact us to arrange priority shipping; customers will be responsible for paying the additional cost for priority shipping.

Order Fulfillment

Generally, orders are fulfilled within 2-3 days, not including the time it takes for our carriers to deliver your order to you.

Orders are generally shipped on the following Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after placing your order.
