Good condition, saddle has been well taken care of, was just professionally cleaned and looked over before being brought to us. The skirt is folding but should lay flat once on a horse, one side is worse than the other. Comes with front and back cinch and breastcollar. Very comfy saddle made to be in the mountains! Tree is solid.
