Great condition, has some minor rust from oxidization. Scoured the internet and can't seem to find this exact bit, #407 is no longer on Reinsman's website, a similar one with a 3 joint mouthpiece with a dog bone roller is $184.99. Measures 5 1/4" mouthpeice.
