Excellent condition, this saddle is barely broken in, the leather is a tad squeaky. has a little bit of minor dirt from sitting in a shed for the last few years, has a few minor marks on seat. Tree is solid. Comes with back cinch and tapaderos stirrups. Made by saddle maker Norm Cook
